Empress Firearms LLC, doing business as EMPRESS, is a women only firearms education company serving Central Ohio. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at empressfirearms.com, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, email address, and phone number when you reserve a seat, ask a question, or request a consultation.
• Your course choices: the cohort and offering you select, and any note you choose to include.
• Waiver information: the details and electronic signature you provide when you sign the Student Waiver.
• Payment status: whether your deposit or course fee has been paid. Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe, and never touch our servers.
• Standard website analytics collected by the tools that keep the site running and help us understand how visitors find us, including the Google Ads tag, the Meta Pixel, and our hosting analytics.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and arrange your course.
• To reserve your seat, confirm your deposit, and send you dates, preparation details, and the waiver link.
• To meet the safety and recordkeeping needs of a firearms education business.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone outside the small circle of service providers that run the site and our courses, such as our payment processor and email service, and only to the extent needed to do their work.

The site uses the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising reaches the right people. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies. We keep reservation, waiver, and course records for as long as the business needs them for safety, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. If you would like your contact details removed from our active mailing list, write to us and we will take care of it.
